NORDONIA HILLS CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
Mailing Services - available to NHCOC Members only
Even in this climate of email, LinkedIn, Twitter and FaceBook, many of us continue to see the advantage of a good old “mailer” – one promotional piece that is mailed to one person at one address! Sometimes, the best exposure for your business is a colorful postcard or flier opened at the recipient’s leisure. It allows him to take his time reading the benefits of your products and services or he can just check out your best prices. Whatever promotional piece you may send, you can save money using the Chamber’s Bulk Mail Permit. The minimum number of pieces to qualify for bulk mail is 200. The reason bulk mail is less expensive than first rate postage is that you are doing some of the work normally done by postal workers. You’ll need to rubber band your pieces by zip code, pack them into a post office tub and bring a sample to the Chamber Office to complete the paperwork. But the savings is well worth the effort! As of today’s date, a letter in a #10 envelope or a post card will only cost you $0.233 - $0.251 each, compared to the current rate of $0.44. The more pieces you send, the larger the savings. Click on the attached link and find all the specifics to help you start saving money on you mass mailings. If you have any questions, please call the Chamber Office at 330-467-8956.
